In the very unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, I will be more than happy to try to
resolve your disputes. Just email me with the reasons you are unhappy. Returns are only available on reeds due to the complex nature of the bespoke work I provide. My work always satisfies, I provide a good service and I have not failed a customer yet. If you have paid a deposit on a set of pipes and decide at a later date to pull out of the agreement the deposit will not be refunded. This is something that has never happened but I thought it best to include this to cover part of the material cost and obviously my time. No refunds will be given arising from delays caused by Brexit or Covid restrictions.
